t for tomato! Tomatoes are great for heart health. Fresh tomatoes have been shown to help lower total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. But I recommend eating organic tomatoes because tomatoes are a popular GM (genetically modified) food. In a test conducted to determine the safety of GM tomatoes, some animal subjects died within a few weeks after eating GM tomatoes.
This is a letter p made out of a plum, a peach, and pumpkin seeds. Plums and peaches are great antioxidants (prevents free-radical damage). Pumpkin seeds are high in the mineral zinc, which helps balance blood sugar and boost the immune system.
